GPN - (This tool can test socks on any server you want, ie: irc servers or yahoo servers. put timeout : 20 to get better results)
You can substitute the port 1080(socks5 ranges) to port 6588 if they want to use them as http proxys or irc proxys.

ASR socks 4 and 5 any port range scanner (very cool one unlike the other range scanners to get socks4 and any port) (purpose:- can leech proxys automatically and check(but the built in checker is not good)

socks4 and socsk5 ip scanner whic allows all ports to b scannd on watever server we want... enjoy FIA

fia can scan socks4 ranges as well with any port unlike the other scanners. but they are tested against yahoo servers or we can specify irc servers.
